住院患者糖皮质激素类药物的用药现状及其用药合理性分析

Current Situation and Rationality Analysis of Glucocorticoids Medication in Hospitalized Patients

目的:分析住院患者糖皮质激素类药物的用药现状及用药合理性。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月接受糖皮质激素类药物治疗住院患者80例的病历资料,对其使用糖皮质激素类药物的具体情况进行分析,对使用的药物类型、科室分布情况及不合理用药现象进行统计。结果:80例住院患者中使用糖皮质激素类药物包括布地奈德混悬液[43.75%(35/80)]、甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠注射液[35.00%(28/80)]、注射用地塞米松磷酸钠[12.50%(10/80)]和其他药物[8.75%(7/80)];常用糖皮质激素类药物的科室包括儿科[46.25%(37/80)]、重症医学科[31.25%(25/80)],呼吸内科[12.50%(10/80)]及其他科室[10.00%(8/80)]。80例住院患者中不合理用药发生率为31.25%(25/80)。结论:现阶段临床对住院患者实施糖皮质激素类药物应用存在较多不合理情况,极易引发一系列不良反应,不仅影响治疗效果,还会延长治疗周期。所以临床治疗中应不断强化医师的专业素养,最大程度减少不合理用药情况,以提高糖皮质激素类药物的用药安全性及有效性。

Objective: To analyze the current situation and rationality of glucocorticoids medication in hospitalized patients.Methods: The medical records of 80 inpatients treated with glucocorticoids in our hospital in January 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. The drug use of glucocorticoids in 80 inpatients was analyzed, and the types of glucocorticoids, the distribution of departments and unreasonable drug use were counted. Results: The types of glucocorticoids used in the medical records of 80 inpatients included budesonide suspension [43.75%(35/80)], methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection [35.00%(28/80)],dexamethasone sodium phosphate for injection [12.50%(10/80)] and other drugs [8.75%(7/80)];the departments commonly used glucocorticoids included pediatrics department [46.25%(37/80)], critical care medicine department [31.25%(25/80)], respiratory medicine department [12.50%(10/80)], and other departments [10.00%(8/80)]. The incidence of unreasonable drug use in the medical records of 80 inpatients was 31.25%(25/80). Conclusion: At the present stage, there are many unreasonable drug uses in the clinical implementation of glucocorticoids medication for inpatients, easily causing a series of adverse reactions, which not only affects the treatment effect of patients, but also prolongs the treatment cycle of patients. In clinical treatment, it is necessary to constantly strengthen the professional quality of clinicians, minimize the unreasonable drug use, and improve the medication safety and effectiveness of glucocorticoids.
