参芪降糖颗粒与格列美脲联合治疗糖尿病效果观察

Effect Observation of Shenqi Jiangtang Granule Combined with Glimepiride in Treatment of Diabetic Patients

目的:探讨糖尿病患者应用格列美脲与参芪降糖颗粒联合治疗的效果及其对血糖水平的影响。方法:将2021年1月-2021年7月收治的200例糖尿病患者采用随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组使用格列美脲治疗,观察组给予格列美脲联合参芪降糖颗粒治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白),治疗效果、胰岛功能、中医证候积分及生活质量情况。结果:两组患者治疗后血糖水平均较治疗前有所改善,且观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平改善程度均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的85.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后胰岛功能及中医证候积分均优于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理功能、精神状态、社会功能及物质生活方面的生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病患者予以格列美脲联合参芪降糖颗粒治疗,能取得显著降糖效果,且利于提升患者的生活质量,值得临床推广实施。

Objective: To explore the effect of combined treatment of Glimepiride and Shenqi Jiangtang Granule in diabetic patients and its effect on their blood glucose level. Methods: A total of 200 patients with diabetes admitted from January 2021 to July 2021 were divided into control group and observation group based on random drawing method, with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given Glimepiride, and the observation group was given Glimepiride combined with Shenqi Jiangtang Granule. The blood glucose levels(fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin) before and after treatment in two groups of patients were compared. The therapeutic effect, islet function, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and quality of life were also compared. Results: The blood glucose levels of patients in both groups improved after treatment compared with that before treatment, and the improvements of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%,which was higher than that of the control group(85.0%), and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The islet function and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of patients in the two groups after treatment were better than those in the corresponding group before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life scores in terms of physiological function, mental state, social function and material life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: For diabetic outpatients, the combined application of Glimepiride and Shenqi Jiangtang Granule can achieve significant hypoglycemic effect, and is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and implementation.
