优质护理和心理干预对重症天疱疮的临床疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨优质护理和心理干预对重症天疱疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月-2020年12月收治的67例重症天疱疮患者,随机分为对照组33例和观察组34例。两组在临床药物治疗的同时,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理和心理干预,疗程均为4周。对两组患者的临床治疗效果和护理满意度进行比较。结果:观察组患者的糜烂好转时间和痂皮脱落时间比对照组明显缩短,护理满意度明显提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治愈率为73.53%,对照组为42.42%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重症天疱疮患者实施优质护理和心理干预,有利于提高临床治疗效果和护理满意度,是皮肤科临床护理的优良选择。 Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of high-quality care and psychological intervention on the severe pemphigus.Methods:Sixty-seven patients with severe pemphigus admitted from January 2015 to December 2020 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group(33 cases)and the observation group(34 cases).At the same time of clinical drug treatment,routine nursing was given in control group,and high-quality care and psychological intervention were given in observation group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The clinical treatment effect and nursing care satisfaction were compared between two groups of patient.Results:The time of erosion improvement and decrustation were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group,the nursing care satisfaction was increased significantly compared with the control group,with statistically significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).The cure rate was 73.53%in the observation group and 42.42%in the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality care and psychological intervention in patients with severe pemphigus is conductive to improve the clinical treatment effect and nursing care satisfaction,and is an excellent choice for clinical care in dermatology department.
