延续性护理对乳腺癌化疗患者癌性疲乏及生活质量的影响分析

Analysis on Effect of Continuous Nursing on Cancer Fatigue and Quality of Life in Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:分析延续性护理对乳腺癌化疗患者癌性疲乏及生活质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月-2019年10月收治的86例乳腺癌患者临床资料,所有患者均接受化疗治疗,按照护理方式不同分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用延续性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者护理前癌性疲乏评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组癌性疲乏评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前Spitzer生活质量指数(SQLI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SQLI评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者接受化疗治疗的同时,给予延续性护理干预,能够使癌性疲乏和生活质量得到更好改善。

Objective: To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on cancer fatigue and quality of life of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: Totally 86 patients with breast cancer admitted from January 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with chemotherapy, and were divided into two groups according to nursing methods, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received continuous nursing. The nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in cancer fatigue scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05). After nursing, the cancer fatigue scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in Spitzer quality of life index(SQLI) scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the SQLI scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Continuous nursing intervention can improve cancer fatigue and quality of life of patients with breast cancer while receiving chemotherapy.
