颅脑外伤患者实施院前急救护理的有效性及价值研究

Study on Effectiveness and Value of Pre-hospital Emergency Nursing for Patients with Craniocerebral Trauma

目的:研究对颅脑外伤患者实施院前急救护理的有效性及价值。方法:2020年1月-2021年8月收治颅脑外伤患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组实施院前急救护理。观察两组患者急救时间、急救成功率、并发症发生率以及患者满意度、脑神经功能缺损情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者急救时间较短、满意度较高、脑神经功能缺损程度较轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组急救成功率、并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对颅脑外伤患者实施院前急救护理,效果显著,可缩短急救时间,提高急救成功率,提升患者满意度,降低脑神经功能缺损程度。

Objective: To study the effectiveness and value of pre-hospital emergency nursing care for patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods: Eighty patients with craniocerebral trauma from January 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care and the observation group was given pre-hospital emergency care. The first aid time, first aid success rate, complication rate, patient’s satisfaction and neurological deficits in the two groups were observed. Results: In the observation group, patients had shorter first aid time, higher satisfaction, and milder neurological deficits compared with those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the observation group, the first aid success rate and the complication rate were better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of pre-hospital emergency care for patients with craniocerebral trauma is significant, which can shorten the time of first aid, increase the success rate of first aid,improve patient’s satisfaction and reduce the degree of neurological deficits.
