安徽省儿科护士心理资本在知觉压力与职业认同感之间的中介作用 被引量:17

The mediating role of psychological capital between perceived stress and professional identification of pediatric nurses in Anhui province

摘要 目的:调查安徽省儿科护士知觉压力、职业认同感、心理资本现状及其之间的关系。方法:采用目的抽样法选取安徽省30所不同等级医院的976名儿科护士为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)、护士职业认同感评定量表(PIS)和心理资本问卷中文修订版(PCQ-R)进行调查。结果:儿科护士知觉压力、职业认同感、心理资本总分分别为(24.00±6.54)分、(109.05±16.68)分、(92.52±13.35)分;相关分析显示,儿科护士的知觉压力、职业认同感、心理资本三者间具有相关性(P<0.05);中介效应分析显示,心理资本在知觉压力与职业认同感之间起部分中介作用。结论:提高儿科护士的心理资本水平有利于增强护士职业认同感,从而降低其知觉压力水平,提示护理管理者应重视对护士心理资本的积极引导。 Objective:To investigate the status quo of pediatric nurses′ perceived stress,professional identification and psychological capital and the relationship among them. Methods:A total of 976 pediatric nurses were selected from hospitals of different grades in Anhui province by means of objective sampling,and general data survey scale,Professional Identification Scale(PIS),the Chinese version of Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)and Psychological Capital Questionnaire Revised(PCQ-R)were used to investigate. Results:The total scores of perceived stress,professional identification and psychological capital of pediatric nurses were(24. 00±6. 54),(109. 05±16. 68),(92. 52±13. 35),respectively. Correlation analysis showed that the perceived pressure,professional identification and psychological capital of pediatric nurses were correlated(P<0. 05). The mediating effect analysis showed that psychological capital played a partial mediating role between perceived stress and professional identification. Conclusions:Improving the level of psychological capital of pediatric nurses is beneficial to enhance the professional identification of nurses and reduce their perceived stress level. It is suggested that nursing managers should pay attention to the positive guidance of psychological capital of nurses.
