成年肾移植术后新发糖尿病病人血糖管理的最佳证据总结

Best evidence summary for glycemic management in adults with post-transplant diabetes mellitus

目的:检索并总结成年肾移植术后新发糖尿病病人血糖管理的最佳证据,以期为临床实践提供理论参考。方法:计算机系统检索关于成年肾移植术后新发糖尿病病人血糖管理的指南、证据总结、最佳实践、系统评价及专家共识等,检索时限为建库至2021年4月30日。采用澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心的文献质量评价标准及证据分级系统对文献进行质量评价及证据级别判定。结果:最终纳入9篇文献,包括指南4篇、系统评价3篇、专家共识2篇。最终形成了包括移植前风险因素评估、血糖监测、血糖异常的处理及方法和健康教育4个方面、18条相关证据。结论:形成的关于成年肾移植术后新发糖尿病病人血糖管理的证据总结比较全面,可为临床应用提供循证依据。

Objective:To search and summarize the best evidence for glycemic management in adults with post-transplant diabetes mellitus(PTDM),and to provide theoretical reference for clinical practice. Methods:The guidelines,evidence summary,best practices,systematic reviews and expert consensus on blood glycemic management in adult patients with PTDM were searched by computer. The establishment time was from the database establishment to April 30,2021. Results :Totally nine articles were included in this study,including four guidelines,three systematic reviews and two expert consensus. Finally,four aspects with 18 pieces of relevant evidence were formed,including risk factor assessment before transplantation,blood glucose monitoring,treatment and methods of abnormal blood glucose,and health education.Conclusion:The established evidences on blood glucose management in adult patients with PTDM were relatively comprehensive,which can provide evidence-based evidence for clinical application.
