摘要
从生理舒适及减少痛苦、维护尊严、社会支持、帮助平静离世综述晚期癌症病人的安宁疗护照护需求内容,归纳国内外针对晚期癌症病人安宁疗护需求的特异性筛查与评估工具,分析安宁疗护需求的影响因素,以期为临床开展安宁疗护实践提供参考依据。
This paper reviewed the requirements of hospice passport care for advanced cancer patients from the aspects of physiological comfort,pain reduction,dignity maintenance,social support and peaceful death,and summarized the specific screening and assessment tools for hospice care needs of advanced cancer patients at home and abroad,and analyzed the influencing factors of hospice care needs,so as to provide references for clinical practice of palliative care.
