摘要 概述吸气肌训练促进肺康复的机制,阐述心脏手术病人进行吸气肌训练的相关要素、介入时机、实施方法、训练处方和效果评价等,指出吸气肌训练促进心脏手术后肺康复的效果较好,并提出对吸气肌训练认知的加强、训练方案的改进和病人训练依从性提高的相关建议。 It summarized the mechanism of inspiratory muscle training in promoting lung rehabilitation,expounded the relevant elements,timing of intervention,implementation method,training prescription and effect evaluation of inspiratory muscle training for patients undergoing cardiac surgery,and pointed out that inspiratory muscle training had a better effect on promoting lung rehabilitation after cardiac surgery. Some suggestions were put forward to enhance the cognition of inspiratory muscle training,improve the training program and improve the patient′s training compliance.
