海外大型基础设施投资项目 “关联方施工模式”利弊分析及应用建议

Analysis of the Pros and Cons of "Related Party Construction Mode" in Oversea HydropowerInvestment and Suggestions

随着中国“一带一路”倡议的实施,中国企业国际化进程加快,参与海外大型基础设施建设项目投资和建设逐渐增多。大型基础设施项目建设投资金额大,建设周期长,技术复杂,选择关联方作为施工承包商已成为投资企业控制建设期风险的措施之一。通过对该模式的优缺点进行研究,并结合巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站项目的应用经验,对投资者是否应该选择该模式及如何管理好该模式提出建议。

With the implementation of China's"One Belt,One Road"strategy,more and more Chinese companies have gone abroad to participate in the investment and construction of infrastructure project in countries along the route.Large infrastructure projects have large investment amounts,long construction periods,and complex technologies.It seems that selecting related parties as contractors has become a solution for investment enterprises to control risks.Through the study of the advantages and disadvantages of this model,combined with experience of Pakistan Karot Hydropower Station project,suggestions to be shared on whether investors should choose this model and how to manage this model.
