强台风影响下外墙开启扇渗水问题及整改防范措施

在建筑工程中,外墙渗漏问题是一直存在的质量通病,其中外立面开启扇位置出现渗水现象更为严重。近期,上海市受到今年以来最大的强台风“烟花”的影响,各建筑外墙均出现不同程度的漏水现象,其中尤以外立面开启扇位置渗水问题更为严重。其于此,下文将以西岸传媒港O区地面以上建筑江河设计施工的大众办公楼及八局装饰施工的上海档案馆为例,对建筑外墙开启扇出现漏水的原因进行分析,并针对原因提出一些整改防范建议。

In construction engineering,the problem of external wall leakage is a common quality problem,and the phenomenon of water seepage at the opening fan position of the external facade is more serious.Recently,Shanghai has been affected by the largest strong typhoon"fireworks"this year,and the external walls of various buildings have experienced water leakage to varying degrees,especially the problem of water seepage at the opening fan position of the facade.In this regard,the following will take the public office building designed and constructed by Jianghe,a building above the ground in the O area of the West Bank Media Port,and the Shanghai Archives,which is decorated and constructed by the Eighth Bureau as examples,to analyze the reasons for the leakage of the opening fans on the exterior walls of the buildings,and analyze the reasons for the leakage.Make some suggestions for corrective and preventive measures.
