摘要
通过增设梗签回收装置,解决了切梗丝时刀门处烟梗不规则而形成的“空洞”现象,减少了“空洞”造成的烟梗经刀门时压实力的突然释放而由“切削力”变为“刮削力”,从而将烟梗刮出刀门区域形成的“梗签”。通过烟梗压实性能的提高,一方面减少了梗签造成的原材料消耗;另一方面减少了处理梗签采用压棒后掩埋对土壤环境的影响。符合国家绿色发展和高质量发展思想。
By adding a stalk label recovery device,the phenomenon of"cavity"formed by the irregularity of the tobacco stem at the knife gate when cutting shredded stems is solved,and the"cavity"caused by the sudden release of the compaction force of the tobacco stem when it passes through the knife gate is reduced.The"cutting force"becomes a"scraping force",which scrapes the tobacco stems out of the"stem sticks"formed in the gate area.Through the improvement of the compaction performance of the tobacco stems,on the one hand,the consumption of raw materials caused by the stems is reduced;It is in line with the national green development and high-quality development ideas.
