摘要
现代化的企业管理活动包含了企业经营中的组织、计划、协调、指挥等,企业管理的科学化和规范化,是企业参与市场竞争的基础条件,同时也是企业能够获得最大经济效益的必要条件。在现代化企业发展中,通过科学的流程管理和严格规范的制度,提高现有资源的利用率,以最终实现企业的战略发展。本文中探析了流程管理及流程再造在制造企业中的应用,以案例分析的形式展开了一系列的论述,旨在为企业降本增效提出理论参考。
Modern enterprise management activities include organization,planning,coordination,command,etc.in enterprise management.The scientific and standardization of enterprise management is the basic condition for enterprises to participate in market competition,and it is also a necessary condition for enterprises to obtain maximum economic benefits..In the development of modern enterprises,through scientific process management and strict and standardized systems,the utilization rate of existing resources is improved,so as to finally realize the strategic development of enterprises.In this paper,the application of process management and process reengineering in manufacturing enterprises is analyzed,and a series of discussions are carried out in the form of case analysis,in order to provide theoretical references for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
