建筑工程管理信息化的重要性探究

随着社会经济的发展,我国的建筑工程建设有了很大进展,其管理信息化技术也越来越先进。现代建筑工程项目施工中往往工程量较大且成本高,同时施工技术专业性要求越来越高,而且施工技术复杂性在现代新工艺、新材料应用下也急剧增长,如何在确保工程项目质量基础上,运用现代信息化进行工程管理,实现工程成本、施工技术规范化管理成为当前建筑企业重点关注的课题。从新形势下建筑工程管理信息化重要性入手,结合建筑工程管理信息化所存在的问题提出几点推进建筑工程管理信息化的对策建议。

With the development of social economy,construction engineering in China has made great progress,and its management information technology has become more and more advanced.In the construction of modern construction projects,the amount of work is often large and the cost is high.At the same time,the professional requirements of construction technology are getting higher and higher,and the complexity of construction technology is also increasing rapidly under the application of modern new technology and new materials.On the basis of ensuring the quality of engineering projects,how to use modern informatization to carry out engineering management and realize the standardized management of engineering costs and construction technology has become the focus of current construction enterprises.Starting from the importance of construction project management informatization under the new situation,combined with the existing problems in construction project management informatization,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote construction project management informatization.
