就现在工程项目的建设情况来看,装配式建筑的占比越来越大,但是由于存在比较多的施工管理影响因素,这也在很大程度上抑制了装配式建筑的优势作用。相较于传统的钢结构建筑,装配式建筑有着非常大的优势,比如精度水平比较高,效率水平比较高,而且不会造成比较大的污染,由于装配式建筑的一系列优势,所以在这些年的应用程度越来越高,而且也推动衍生了许多新的技术工艺。本文对装配式建筑施工技术在建筑工程施工管理中的应用进行分析,以供参考。

As far as the current construction situation of engineering projects is concerned,the proportion of prefabricated buildings is increasing,but due to the existence of many factors affecting construction management,this also greatly inhibits the dominant role of prefabricated buildings.Compared with traditional steel structure buildings,prefabricated buildings have great advantages,such as higher precision,higher efficiency,and no major pollution.Due to a series of advantages of prefabricated buildings,in these recent years,the degree of application is getting higher and higher,and it also promotes the derivation of many new technical processes.This article analyzes the application of prefabricated building construction technology in construction management of construction works for reference.
