硬化混凝土中酸溶性氯离子含量检测方法对比研究

摘要 通过用全自动电位仪滴定仪法、离子色谱法测试硬化混凝土中酸溶性氯离子,对两种方法进行比较分析,发现两种方法准确度和精密度高,两种检测方法和国标法测定的结果无显著性。离子色谱法的结果较好,检出限低,相对误差和相对偏差分别为0.005%、2.25%,低于全自动电位仪滴定法0.0019%、5.39%,加标回收率为101%~105%,两种方法应用到硬化混凝土氯离子的分析,满足检验检测分析的需要。 By using automatic potentiometer titrator method and ion chromatography to test acid-soluble chloride ion in hardened concrete,the two methods are compared and analyzed.It is found that the two methods have high accuracy and precision,and the results of the two detection methods and the national standard method were not significant.The results of ion chromatography are good,the detection limit is low.The relative error and relative deviation were 0.005%and 2.25%,respectively,which were lower than 0.0019%and 5.39%of the automatic potentiometer titration method.The recovery rate of standard addition was 101%~105%.The two methods are applied to the analysis of chloride ions in hardened concrete to meet the needs of inspection and analysis.
