摘要
交通工程试验检测能够确保工程设施、产品质量合格,达到现代化的工程建设目标。检测工作涉及的步骤及检测技术较多,需要在设计文件、行业技术规范下开展。以往的检测技术应用存在检测设备性能不完善、测量方法不先进和检测仪器使用不当等多方面问题。文章针对相关问题提出改进方案,在基桩、水泥搅拌桩和砂石检测实践中注重技术优化升级,并在此基础上通过加大检测数据统计和分析力度的方式,实现对交通工程试验检测技术水平的提升,为交通安全和管理方式智能化奠定良好的基础。
Traffic engineering test and detection can ensure that the engineering facilities and product quality are qualified and achieve the goal of modern engineering construction.The testing work involves many steps and testing technologies,which need to be carried out under the design documents and industrial technical specifications.The previous application of detection technology has many problems,such as imperfect performance of detection equipment,non-advanced measurement methods and improper use of detection instruments.This paper puts forward improvement schemes for relevant problems,pays attention to technical optimization and upgrading in the practice of foundation pile,cement mixing pile and sand and gravel detection.On this basis,by strengthening the statistics and analysis of detection data,it has improved the technical level of traffic engineering test and detection,and lays a good foundation for traffic safety and intelligent management.
