民国林业碑刻对当下推进林业发展的价值

民国时期大片森林被毁,各地设立的民国林业碑刻成为了历史记载的印证。碑刻中保存了大量研究民国史的宝贵材料。林业碑刻是指历史时期为促进林业开发与保护而设立的刻石,其内容涉及林业契约、林业纠纷裁决、封山育林、木材运输等。民国林业碑刻的史料内容直观展现了当时的森林资源覆盖状况和林业思想、林业建设的发展状况,为我们了解民国时期的具体森林资源状况提供直接参考。根据搜集到的78块民国林业碑刻,从碑文的内容看,可分类为护林碑、栽种树木碑、保护鸟兽类碑和案件处理碑。设立护林碑传达了如下思想精神,即明确条例提供赏罚依据、将护林意识内化为民众自发护林行动以及护林基础上的造林鼓励。林业碑刻对当下推进林业发展具有一定的价值意义,其保存了森林覆盖变化的史料佐证,提供落实护林机制参考并有助于推进保护森林教育,对未来林业事业发展和林业科学教育都有着深远影响。

Large areas of forests were destroyed during the period of the Republic of China,and the forestry steles in various places became the historical evidence of the forestry development.A large amount of valuable material for studying the history of the Republic of China was preserved in the steles.Forestry steles are inscribed stones erected to promote forestry development and protection during the historical period,its content involving forestry contracts,forestry dispute rulings,closing hillsides for afforestation,timber transportation,etc.The historical inscriptions on the forestry steles during China's Republican period show the forest cover and the status of forestry ideology and development then,providing a direct reference for us to understand the forest resource status in the Republic of China.This paper makes a research on 78 forestry steles erected during the period of the Republic of China,the inscriptions of which involve forest protection,tree planting,bird and beast protection and case handling.The erection of forest protection steles fulfilled several functions in ideology,clarifying regulations to provide a basis for reward or punishment,turning people􀆳s forest protection awareness into their spontaneous actions,and encouraging afforestation based on forest protection.Forestry steles are valuable for current forestry development,as they preserve historical evidence of changes in forest cover,provide references for the implementation of forest protection mechanisms,help promote forest protection education and the future development of forestry and forestry education.
