摘要
研究旨在探讨饲料酶解羽毛粉替代鱼粉后对中华鳖生长及生理指标的影响。200只中华鳖稚鳖随机分为5组,每组4个重复,分别投喂0(F0组)、2%(F2组)、4%(F4组)、6%(F6组)、8%(F8组)酶解羽毛粉替代鱼粉的5种饲料,养殖期为60 d。结果表明:各组中华鳖的存活率、增重率和特定生长率没有显著差异(P>0.05),然而F8组摄食率显著高于F0组,F8组蛋白质效率显著低于F0组,酶解羽毛粉显著提高了中华鳖的饲料系数(P<0.05);F8组中华鳖的腹部红度(a*)值显著低于F6组(P<0.05)。综合酶解羽毛粉对中华鳖生长、饲料利用及体色的影响,推荐其在中华鳖饲料中的添加量为6%。
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of replacement of fish meal with enzymatic feather meal(EFM)on growth and physiological indexes of Chinese soft-shelled turtle(Pelodiscus sinensis).The total of 200 juvenile Pelodiscus sinensis were randomly divided into five groups with four replicated per group,and were fed with five experimental diets supplemented with 0(F0),2%(F2),4%(F4),6%(F6)and 8%(F8)EFM instead of fish meal,respectively.The elxperiment period was 60 days.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the survival rate(SR),weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)of Pelodiscus sinensis among different groups(P>0.05).However,the feeding rate(FR)of the F8 group was significantly higher than that of the F0 group,the protein efficiency ratio(PER)of the F8 group was significantly lower than that of the F0 group,the feed conversion ratio(FCR)of Pelodiscus sinensis was significantly increased by the EFM(P<0.05).The plastron reduess valuel(a*)value of Pelodiscus sinensis in the F8 group was significantly lower than that in the F6 group(P<0.05).Based on the comprehensive effects of EFM on feeding rate,growth,feed utilization and skin color of Pelodiscus sinensis,the recommended supplementation level for enzymatic feather meal in the feed of Chinese soft-shelled turtle is 6%.
