1400 TEU内贸集装箱船结构优化及振动响应预报

摘要 为了提高载重量,针对1 400 TEU内贸集装箱船的船型特点,在设计过程中贯彻轻量化设计理念,选择轻质舾装件减小产品自重,优化货舱结构,降低船舶结构重量。主要阐述采用有限元方法,优化设计货舱支撑舱壁和货舱区管弄结构,取得明显的减重效果。在结构优化后整船刚度降低的情况下是否影响船舶振动性能,开展全船振动响应预报分析,计算和实船航行试验测试结果均满足规范标准要求,验证了优化方案的可行性。该型内贸集装箱船轻量化设计成果可为同类型船舶结构优化设计提供参考。 According to the characteristics of the 1 400 TEU domestic container ship,the designers carried out the weight-reduction conception in the design process,chose lightweight outfitting products,and optimized the cargo hold structure to reduce structure weight of the ship,resulting in the improvement of the load capacity. The optimum design of supporting bulkhead and pipe duct in cargo hold area by finite element method was described. Whether the vibration performance of the ship after structural optimization was affected or not,the response prediction analysis of the hull vibration was carried out. The results of calculation and test on board met the requirements of the standard,and the feasibility of the optimization scheme was verified. The weight-reduction design results about the 1 400 TEU domestic container ship could provide reference for the structure optimization design of the same type of ships.
