摘要
基于智能变电站全景信息共享,提出了适用于继电保护系统状态评估的能观性描述模型,分析了全景信息监测水平、状态评估水平与能观性水平之间的关系,以及满足能观性要求的最小输出变量集。从能观性提升目标出发,提出了包括设备健康状态、拓扑状态和功能状态的继电保护系统状态评估方法,为继电保护系统的智能运维提供决策依据。最后,实现了主子站架构继电保护状态监测与评估系统,并在某110 kV智能变电站试点应用,有效地提升了继电保护系统的运维效率和智能化水平。
Based on the panoramic information sharing of an intelligent substation,an observability description model for the condition assessment on a relay protection system is proposed,and the relationship among the panoramic information monitoring level,condition assessment level and observability level is analyzed,thus obtaining a minimal output variable set that meets the requirement of observability.Furthermore,starting from the goal of improving the observability,a method is proposed for assessing the condition of the relay protection system,including the health state of equipment,topology state and function state,so as to provide a decision-making basis for the intelligent operation and maintenance of the system.Finally,a relay protection condition monitoring and assessment system is realized under the master-slave framework,and its pilot application in a 110 kV intelligent substation effectively improves the operation and maintenance efficiency of the relay protection system,as well as the corresponding intelligent level.
