盐酸达克罗宁胶浆表面辅助麻醉用于学龄前儿童口腔门诊手术效果评价

目的观察盐酸达克罗宁胶浆表面麻醉+盐酸利多卡因局部浸润麻醉用于学龄前儿童门诊手术的效果。方法选取需要舌系带延长术及口腔黏液腺囊肿切除术门诊患儿各100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,均含行舌系带延长术和黏液腺囊肿切除术患儿各50例。手术前1~10 min分别用盐酸达克罗宁胶浆(试验组)和0.9%氯化钠注射液(对照组)于手术部位湿敷做表面麻醉,比较麻醉效果、麻醉起效时间和口感。结果试验组的麻醉效果(患儿手术依从性)、麻醉时间明显优于对照组;两组皆无明显不良反应。结论盐酸达克罗宁胶浆表面辅助麻醉效果好,起效快,口感适宜,且无明显不良反应,患儿易接受,利于顺利完成手术。

Objective To observe the effect of dacronin hydrochloride glue surface anesthesia+lidocaine hydrochloride local infiltration anesthesia on outpatient surgery in preschool children.Methods A total of 100 outpatients who needed lingual frenum lengthening and oral mucocele were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,including 50 children who underwent lingual frenum lengthening and 50 children who underwent mucocele.1-10 min before operation,wet compress the operation site with dacronin hydrochloride slurry(the experimental group)and 0.9%sodium chloride injection(the control group)for surface anesthesia.The anesthesia effect,anesthesia onset time and taste were compared.Results The anesthesia effect(operation compliance)and anesthesia time of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Dacronin hydrochloride mucilage has good surface assisted anesthesia effect,fast onset,suitable taste,no obvious adverse reactions,and is easy for children to accept,which is conducive to the successful completion of the operation.
