早期情志护理对老年脑梗死患者负性情绪和康复护理依从性的影响

目的探讨早期情志护理对老年脑梗死患者的情绪和康复护理依从性的影响。方法选取医院2020年收治的老年脑梗死患者36例,随机均分为普通组(沿用传统护理模式)和康复组(在早期护理中贯穿情志护理)。比较两组患者的情绪变化及康复护理依从性。结果康复组患者治疗期间的情绪管理效果较好,且治疗整体配合度显著高于普通组患者(P<0.05)。结论早期情志护理应用于老年脑梗死患者,能显著缓解老年脑梗死患者的心理不适,有助于康复护理的开展。

Objective To investigate the effect of early emotional nursing on the emotion and rehabilitation nursing compliance of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 36 elderly patients with cerebral infarction treated in the hospital in 2020 were randomly divided into the ordinary group(traditional nursing model)and the rehabilitation group(emotional nursing in early nursing).The emotional changes and rehabilitation nursing compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The effect of emotional management in the rehabilitation group was better,and the overall cooperation degree of treatment was significantly higher than that in the ordinary group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early emotional nursing in elderly patients with cerebral infarction can significantly alleviate the psychological discomfort of elderly patients with cerebral infarction and contribute to the development of rehabilitation nursing.
