胎心监护联合脐血流监测对早期诊断胎儿宫内窘迫的意义

目的探讨胎心监护联合脐血流监测对早期诊断胎儿宫内窘迫的意义。方法选取医院妇产科2021年4月至5月收治的单胎孕妇400例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(予以胎心监护联合脐血流监测)及对照组(予以常规胎心监护),各200例。比较临床异常检测率、产后出血状况等。结果观察组的脐血流测定异常40例(20.00%),明显高于对照组的12例(6.00%);胎心监护异常16例(8.00%),明显低于对照组的48例(24.00%);观察组胎儿宫内窘迫36例(18.00%),显著高于对照组的8例(4.00%,P<0.05);观察组产后出血4例(2.00%),明显低于对照组的32例(16.00%,P<0.05)。结论采用胎心监护联合脐血流监测能及时发现胎儿宫内窘迫,提升检测的正确率,改变妊娠结局,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the significance of fetal heart rate monitoring combined with umbilical cord blood flow monitoring in the early diagnosis of fetal distress.Methods A total of 400 singleton pregnant women treated in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the hospital from April to May 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group(fetal heart rate monitoring combined with umbilical cord blood flow monitoring)and the control group(routine fetal heart rate monitoring),with 200 cases in each group.The clinical abnormal detection rate and postpartum hemorrhage were compared.Results A total of 40 cases(20.00%)in the observation group had abnormal umbilical blood flow,which was significantly higher than 12 cases(6.00%)in the control group,16 cases(8.00%)in the observation group had abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring,which was significantly lower than 48 cases(24.00%)in the control group,36 cases(18.00%)had fetal distress in the observation group,which were significantly higher than 8 cases(4.00%)in the control group(P<0.05).Four cases(2.00%)occurred postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 32 cases(16.00%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fetal heart rate monitoring combined with umbilical cord blood flow monitoring can timely find fetal distress,improve the accuracy of detection,change pregnancy outcome,and it has high safety.
