中医康复护理用于早期中风偏瘫效果分析

目的探讨中医康复护理用于早期中风偏瘫的效果。方法选取医院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的早期中风偏瘫患者48例,按护理方式的不同分为对照组(基础干预)和研究组(中医康复护理),各24例。结果研究组各项指标及效果均显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取有效的中医康复护理,不仅能改善患者的病情,促进其功能康复,还能改善其抑郁症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on early stroke hemiplegia.Methods A total of 48 patients with early stroke hemiplegia treated in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were divided into the control group(basic intervention)and the study group(traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing),with 24 cases in each group.Results The indexes and effects of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective TCM rehabilitation nursing can not only improve the condition of patients,promote their functional rehabilitation,but also improve their depressive symptoms.
