摘要
螺栓连接多层全装配式混凝土墙板结构作为一种新型的全装配式建筑结构,能够极大地提高建筑工业化的程度。在实际应用过程中,该结构需要在不同地震设防烈度下满足抗震设计要求。以《螺栓连接多层全装配式混凝土墙板结构技术规程》(T/CECS 809-2021)规定的最大层数、总建筑高度和高宽比限值设计了3组不同抗震设防烈度的结构模型,采用有限元软件ETABS软件对结构进行数值模拟,研究其在弹性阶段下结构整体抗震性能,并将计算结果与现浇混凝土结构建筑进行对比分析。分析结果表明,该新型的全装配式结构在规程规定的最大层数、总建筑高度和高宽比限值控制下,弹性阶段(小震)位移和扭转效应较小,此时该结构体系具有较大的结构安全储备。
Multi-story building for precast concrete wall-slab structures with bolt connection is a new type of fully prefabricated building structure.It could greatly improve the degree of industrialization of the building.In the actual applications,those structures need to meet the seismic design requirements under different seismic fortification intensities.In this paper,three groups of structures under different seismic fortification intensities were taken as the research objects based on the allowable building height,number of stories and maximum height-width ratio in T/CECS 809-2021.The finite element software,ETABS,was used to simulate the elastic performance of the structure.Furthermore,the results of those fully prefabricated models were compared with the results of cast-in-place concrete structures.The analysis results show that under the requirements of the maximum number of floors,building height and height-width ratio specified in the code,the displacement and torsion effects of the elastic phase(small earthquake) of the new fully prefabricated structure are small.At this stage,the structural system has sufficient structural safety reserves.
