摘要
装配式预应力混凝土空心板因其具有的诸多优点在中小跨径、等宽、直线桥中被广泛应用。但是如果板与板间横向连接方式设计不当,会造成结构使用过程中的病害,实际受力与计算假定不符,甚至造成单板受力情况的发生。本文结合某中小跨径跨河桥,以20m跨径的空心板为例,采用Midas Civil进行梁格法建模。从桥型布置、结构尺寸、截面特性、受力特点、材料指标及经济性等多方面进行对比分析,总结出刚接空心板桥的优越性,并将其应用于工程设计中。
Prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow slab is widely used in medium and small span,equal width and straight line bridge because of its advantages.However,if the transverse connection between plates is not designed properly,it can cause diseases in the use phase,and it can also cause the actual stress differ from the calculation assumption,and even lead to the occurrence of single plate stress.Combined with the medium and small span river crossing bridge in Xiong’an new area,the hollow slab of20 m span was modeled by beam grid modeling with Midas Civil in this paper.And the advantages of rigid joint hollow slab bridge was summarized by comparing and analyzing the bridge type layout,structural size,section characteristics,stress characteristics,material index and economy,which should be applied to engineering design.
