Textual Research on Jichang Contract Documents

孙兆霞等编《吉昌契约文书汇编》,收录了452份从清代至解放初的屯堡民间契约文书,存在一些校录失当之处,导致该书校录失当的原因有多种,但不明俗字和不明词义是其主要原因。今择取二十则可资商榷的例子,运用文字学、词汇学、文献学等学科的知识和方法,从因不明俗字而误和因不明词义而误两个方面,进行了仔细考辨。

The collection of Jichang contract documents compiled by sun Zhaoxia and others contains 452 contract documents of Tunpu from Qing Dynasty to the beginning of 1949.Although the book is well collated,there are still some mistakes.Through careful reading of this batch of contract documents,it is found that there are many reasons for the improper collation of the book,and the main reason is that the common words and the meaning of the words are not clear.This paper selects 20 debatable examples and uses the knowledge and methods of philology,lexicology,philology and other disciplines to carefully examine them from two aspects:errors due to unknown common words and errors due to unknown word meaning.
