中国共产党百年经济理论的话语创新转向与历史意义

The Discourse Innovation and Historical Significance ofEconomic Theory of the Communist Party of China

从诞生至今,中国共产党始终重视研究资本主义制度和社会主义制度的经济规律内容及其表现形式,善于结合中国社会不同历史时期的具体情况创新,在艰难曲折的探索中逐步形成并不断完善中国特色社会主义经济理论。中国共产党领导经济工作和研究经济理论总体上经历了新民主主义革命、社会主义建设时期、改革开放新时期和中国特色社会主义新时代四个阶段,前两个阶段以直接应用马克思主义经济“源理论”分析指导中国实践为主要特征,后两个阶段转向创新发展马克思主义经济“源理论”并形成当代中国马克思主义经济“支理论”。中国共产党经济理论的话语创新过程就是提炼总结中国经济发展实践的规律性成果并把实践经验上升为系统化经济学说的过程。

Since its birth,the Communist Party of China has always attached importance to the study of the contents and manifestations of the economic laws of the capitalist system and the socialist system.It is good at innovation in combination with the specific situation of Chinese society in different historical periods,and gradually formed and continuously improved the socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics in the arduous and tortuous exploration.The CPC s leadership of economic work and research on economic theory have generally experienced four stages:the new democratic revolution,the period of socialist construction,the new period of reform and opening up and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The first two stages are mainly characterized by the direct application of Marxist economic“source theory”analysis to guide Chinese practice,The latter two stages turned to the innovative development of Marxist economic“source theory”and the formation of contemporary Chinese Marxist economic“branch theory”.The discourse innovation process of the Communist Party of China s economic theory is the process of refining and summarizing the regular achievements of China s economic development practice and raising the practical experience to a systematic economic theory.
