负压和非负压黄金微针射频治疗腋臭的临床疗效与安全性比较

Comparison of clinical efficacy and safety of negative pressure and Microneedle?fractional radio?frequency in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis

目的比较负压和非负压黄金微针治疗腋臭的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2017年5月-2019年5月我科非负压黄金微针治疗的82例腋臭患者纳入非负压组;选取2019年6月-2021年6月我科负压黄金微针治疗的86例腋臭患者纳入负压组。分析比较临床疗效和安全性。结果在6个月随访中,非负压组总有效率89.02%,并发症:疼痛6.10%、感染4.90%、烫伤4.90%、臂丛神经损伤14.60%、瘢痕6.10%。负压组总有效率90.70%,并发症:疼痛1.20%、感染1.20%、烫伤2.30%。两种方法治疗腋臭疗效相当,但负压黄金微针射频治疗腋臭术后并发症发生率明显较低。结论负压黄金微针与非负压黄金微针治疗腋臭的6个月有效率相当。负压治疗头通过负压将治疗区域皮肤吸附起,微针插入皮肤释放能量,可降低黄金微针射频治疗腋臭的并发症。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of negative pressure and Micro-needle?fractional?radio?frequency in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis.Methods A total of 82 patients with axillary osmidrosis treated by Micro-needle?fractional?radio?frequency in our department from May 2017 to may 2019 were included in the Micro-needle?fractional?radio?frequency group,and?86 patients with axillary osmidrosis treated with Negative?Pressure?Micro-needle?fractional?radio?frequency in our department from June 2019 to June 2021 were included in the negative pressure group.The clinical efficacy and safety were analyzed and compared.Results During the 6-month follow-up,the total effective rate in the micro-needle?fractional?radio?frequency group was 89.02%,and complication:pain 6.10%,infection 4.90%,scald 4.90%,brachial plexus injury 14.60%,scar 6.10%;In the Negative?Pressure?Micro-needle?fractional?radio?frequency group,the total effective rate was 90.70%,and the complication:pain 1.20%,infection 1.20%,scald 2.30%.The two methods had the same efficacy in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis,but the incidence of postoperative complications after Negative?Pressure?Micro-needle?fractional?radio?frequency treatment of axillary osmidrosis was significantly lower..Conclusion The 6-month effective rate of Negative?Pressure?Micro-needle?fractional?radio?frequency and Micro-needle?fractional?radio?frequency in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis is the same.The Negative?Pressure?Micro-needle?fractional?radio?frequency treatment head absorbs the skin of the treatment area through negative?pressure and the Micro-needle?fractional?radio?frequency is inserted into the skin to release energy,which reduces the complications of fractional?radio?frequency treatment of axillary osmidrosis.
