AOPT强脉冲光在轻度面部皮肤松弛中的应用

Therapeutic effect of the seventh generation intense pulsed light AOPT on mild facial skin relaxation

目的观察第七代强脉冲光AOPT对面部轻度皮肤松弛的治疗效果。方法治疗前清洁面治疗区域,给予强脉冲光治疗(科医人公司M22第七代AOPT)。光斑大小3.5cm×1.5cm。640nm滤光片,脉宽15~18ms,三脉冲,时间延迟30~35ms,能量15~19J/cm^(2),Vascular滤光片,脉宽12~15ms,双脉冲,时间延迟30~35ms,能量13~17J/cm^(2)。第一遍用640nm滤波片治疗,完成后重新涂抹冷凝胶,进行Vascular滤光片治疗治疗后清除冷凝胶并用医用冷敷贴及冰袋对治疗区域进行降温。结果 35例均完成治疗,其中效果判定为:优10例,占28.6%,良18例,占51.4%好转7例,占20%,无效0例;总有效率达100%,在皮肤弹性、色泽等均得以明显改善的同时获得了改善皮肤轻度松弛的效果。结论 AOPT强脉冲光具有改善皮肤老化引起的轻度松弛下垂作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the seventh generation intense pulsed light AOPT on mild facial skin relaxation.Methods Clean the treatment area before treatment and give intense pulsed light treatment (M22 seventh generation AOPT of Lumenis).Spot size 3.5cm×1.5cm,640nm filter,pulse width 15 ~ 18ms,three pulses,time delay 30 ~ 35ms,energy 15 ~ 19J / cm^(2),vacuum filter,pulse width 12 ~ 15ms,double pulses,time delay 30 ~ 35ms,energy 13 ~ 17J / cm^(2).The first time was treated with 640nm filter.After finishing,the cold gel was re applied.After treatment with Vascular filter,the cold gel was removed,and the cold area was cooled by medical cold pack and ice bag.Results All 35 cases completed the treatment,of which the effect was judged as excellent in 10 cases,accounting for 28.6%,good in 18 cases,accounting for 51.4%,improved in 7 cases,accounting for 20%,and ineffective in 0 cases;The total effective rate is 100%.While the skin elasticity and color are significantly improved,the effect of improving the slight relaxation of the skin is obtained.Conclusion AOPT intense pulsed light can improve the slight relaxation and sagging caused by skin aging.
