摘要
国有企业是壮大国家综合实力、保障人民共同利益的重要力量,其进行企业文化建设能够有效提升企业竞争力,助力企业行稳致远。但国有企业在进行企业文化建设的过程中存在一些普遍性问题。新时代下,国有企业在企业文化建设中要坚持党的领导,从思想、制度、主体、平台、品牌建设等方面多管齐下,打造具有企业特色和市场竞争力的企业文化。
State-owned enterprises play an important role in expanding the comprehensive strength of the country and guaranteeing people s common interests.The construction of enterprise cultures can effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and help them move more steadily and further.However,there are some universal problems in the construction of enterprise cultures in them.In the new era,state-owned enterprises should adhere to the Party s leadership and build enterprise cultures with their own characteristics and market competitiveness in the aspects of the ideology,system,subject,platform and brand construction.
