基于学生职业素养培养的高校美育工作研究与实践

A Study on the Work of Aesthetic Education in Colleges and Universities and Its Practice Based on the Cultivation of Students Professional Literacy

美育是教学生认识美和创造美的一门课程,同样也是学生素养全面发展的一项必备课程。高校通过美育培养学生的专业技能,让走出校门的学生能与就业市场上的高技能要求相贴合。美育如今已经成为高校培养学生职业素养的一种重要方式。基于此,文章从3个方面对基于学生职业素养培训下的高校美育工作展开了分析,首先是美育的概念,其次是美育和职业素养之间的关系,最后是通过美育对学生职业素养展开培训的策略,希望能为有关人员提供参考。

As an essential course for students well-rounded development,aesthetic education teaches them to cognize and create beauty.Aesthetic education can cultivate college students professional skills and make them meet the high requirements of the job market for skills,which has also become an important way of cultivating their professional Literacy.This paper analyzes the work of aesthetic education in colleges and universities based on the cultivation of students professional Literacy in the three aspects.It introduces the concept of aesthetic education and the relation between professional Literacy and it.It also presents relevant strategies to cultivate students professional Literacy with the help of the work of aesthetic education,which can provide reference for people concerned.
