职业教育创新创业文化体系建设研究

A Study on the Construction of the Cultural System of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Vocational Education

职业教育是培养技术技能人才、促进创新创业、推动中国制造的重要基础。在职业教育中构建创新创业文化体系,能充分发挥职业教育的特色与优势,在潜移默化中普及创新创业理念,能全方位培养学生的创新创业能力,引导学生利用自己的专业优势和能力进行创新创业行为,最终提升职业教育的人才培养质量。本文在诠释创新创业文化内涵的基础上,分析了当前职业教育创新创业文化体系建设现状,搭建了该体系的金字塔结构、要素框架和功能架构,最后给出职业教育创新创业文化体系“四位一体”的建设实施方案。

Vocational education is an important foundation for training technical and skilled talents,promoting innovation and entrepreneurship,and promoting manufacturing in China.Constructing a cultural system of innovation and entrepreneurship in vocational education can give full play to the characteristics and advantages of vocational education,popularize the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship in an imperceptible way,cultivate students'innovative and entrepreneurial ability in an all-round way,guide them to make use of their professional advantages and abilities to carry out innovative and entrepreneurial behaviors,and finally improve the quality of talent training in vocational education.Based on the interpretation of the connotation of innovative and entrepreneurial culture,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of the cultural system of innovation and entrepreneurship in vocational education,sets up the pyramid structure,element framework and functional framework of the system,and finally gives a“four-in-one”scheme of construction and implementation of the system in vocational education.
