The capability paradigm is a new education and teaching concept which is compatible with applied universities. Under the guidance of the capability paradigm, Qilu Normal University has deepened the reform of education and teaching continuously and has achieved remarkable achievements in all aspects. On the basis of summing up the successful experience, we will continue to deepen the reform of education and teaching, explore new education and teaching ways of capability paradigm, and promote the overall development of the school.
