技巧啦啦操队员非语言沟通方式研究

A Study of Nonverbal Communication Styles of Skillful Cheerleaders

文章采用文献资料、深入访谈、非参与式观察等研究方法,以技巧啦啦操队运动员的非语言沟通为研究对象,调查分析技巧啦啦操队员在训练比赛中交流传递信息所具有的独特沟通文化和采用的非语言沟通方式。通过对技巧啦啦操执行技术动作的特点、交流沟通的本质和特性、队员之间非语言沟通方式的形成等方面的研究,从中得出技巧啦啦操队员有身体、时间、声音三大类别的非语言沟通交流方式。研究表明:非语言沟通在不同语种技巧啦啦操队训练比赛过程中以特有的方式进行信息交流传递,完成技术和配合。非语言沟通方式的形成和结构具有各技巧啦啦操队独有的特征和通用性,并可在其他体育运动项目训练比赛中借鉴使用。

This paper adopts research methods such as literature, in-depth interview and nonparticipant observation, taking the nonverbal communication of skilled cheer-leading teammate as the research object, to investigate and analyze the unique communication culture and non-verbal communication methods used by skilled cheer-leading players in the communication and transmission of information during training and competitions. Through the characteristics of the technical actions performed by cheer-leading and the nature and characteristics of communication, the paper studies the formation of nonverbal communication between team members. It draws out that cheerleaders have three types of nonverbal communication methods: body, timing and voice. The research shows that nonverbal communication uses a unique way to transmit information during the training and competition of different language skilled cheer-leading teams to complete technology and cooperation. The formation and structure of nonverbal communication methods have the unique characteristics and versatility of each skilled cheer-leading team and can be used for reference in other sports training competitions.
