摘要
可持续发展理念可为高校培养艺术设计应用型人才赋予全新的教学理念,以创新人才培养模式,充分发挥学生主观能动性,培养出综合素质较强的应用型人才。当前高校艺术设计应用型人才培养还面临教师教学理念落后、教学内容固定、教学方式单一、课程设置不完善及校企合作不深入等问题,对人才培养的效率与水平形成明显制约。高校需在可持续发展理念导向下,通过强化教师理念、优化教学内容、细化课程设置、深化校企合作,切实把握艺术设计应用型人才培养的方向与方式,为培养高质量人才夯实基础。
Based on the concept of sustainable development,colleges and universities can obtain new teaching concepts when cultivating applied talents in art design,which can give full play to the subjective initiative of students,and cultivate comprehensive high-quality applied talents on the basis of innovative talent training models.However,at the current stage,the cultivation of applied talents for art design in colleges and universities is still facing many problems such as backward teaching concepts,fixed teaching content,single teaching methods,imperfect curriculum settings and in-depth school-enterprise cooperation,which have restricted the efficiency and level of talent training obviously.Under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development,colleges and universities need to effectively grasp the direction and method of training applied talents in art design by strengthening teacher concepts,optimizing teaching content,refining curriculum settings,and deepening schoolenterprise cooperation,so as to lay a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality talents.
