学习型组织视域下小学初任教师专业适应策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 初任教师的入职适应状况对职业生命的长远发展具有深远影响。职前培养不全面、职业认知度不够、人际关系紧张等原因致使小学初任教师入职普遍不适。本文将基于学习型组织理论探求与教师专业适应的内在逻辑,并提出构建共同愿景,加强对小学初任教师的生命关怀、发挥学科教育价值引领作用实现自我超越、通过提升教学反思能力实现自我心智完善、建设学习型文化、在团队学习中提升系统思考的能力等策略,以期促进小学初任教师的专业适应,向成熟型、研究型、专家型教师转变,并加强教师生命的关注,实现教师的幸福人生。 The entry adaptation of new teachers has a profound impact on the long-term development of their professional life.Because of the incompleteness of preservice training,the lack of professional awareness,the tension of interpersonal relationship and other reasons,the new primary school teachers are generally uncomfortable.Based on the learning organization theory,this paper tries to find a common point between learning organization theory and professional adaptation.The author puts forward some strategies,such as building a common vision,strengthening the life care for new teachers,giving full play to the leading role of discipline education value to realize self transcendence,improving self-improvement by improving teaching reflection ability,building a learning culture,and improving the ability of systematic thinking in team learning in order to promote the new primary school teachers’professional adaptation,transform to mature,research-oriented and expert teachers,and strengthen the attention of teachers’life to realize teachers’happy life.
