摘要
在2018-2019年采暖季供热期间,发现大温差供热管网换热设备腐蚀结垢情况严重。经过检验和分析,垢主要来源于循环水结垢和腐蚀产物的沉积;腐蚀产物来源于管道内壁腐蚀。同时热网循环水氯离子含量过高,板式换热器不锈钢发生了点蚀。研究试验结果表明:采用阻垢剂、缓蚀剂、调节pH和控制氯离子含量等措施可以保证循环水不结垢,也可以控制管道内壁腐蚀及不锈钢点蚀。在实际应用中,热网循环水浊度和悬浮物明显下降并合格,换热设备腐蚀结垢速率显著降低,保证了供热系统的安全经济运行。
During the heating season from 2018 to 2019,it was found that the corrosion and scaling of heat exchange equipment in large temperature difference heating pipe network was serious.Through inspection and analysis,the scale mainly came from circulating water scaling and corrosion product deposition which came from the corrosion of the inside of the pipeline.At the same time,due to the high chloride ion content in the circulating water of heat supply network,the stainless steel of plate heat exchanger has pitting corrosion.The test results showed that using scale inhibitor,corrosion inhibitor,adjusting pH and controlling chloride ion content could not only ensure the circulating water not to scale,but also control the corrosion of inside of pipeline and pitting corrosion of stainless steel.In practical application,the turbidity and suspended solids of circulating water in heat supply network were significantly reduced and qualified.the corrosion and scaling rate of heat exchange equipment is significantly reduced,which ensured the safe and economic operation of heating system.
