摘要
高职混合所有制改革是要使校企联系更加紧密、实现校企协同育人的有效途径。“引校入企”是职业教育校企合作的新模式,可以提升人才培养的适应性和有效性,两者的结合是职业院校进行混合所有制改革的实践创新。通过对“引校入企”模式的内涵解读和实践运行,表明“引校入企”可以实现企业和学校的深度合作共赢,可以实现学生德技兼修的全面培养,可以为职业教育改革提供案例支撑和经验借鉴。
The reform of mixed ownership of higher vocational education is an effective way to make the school-enterprise connection closer and realize collaborative education."Introducing schools into enterprises"is a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,and it also improves the adaptability and effectiveness of talent training.It is the practical innovation of mixed ownership reform in vocational colleges.Through the interpretation and practice of"introducing schools into enterprises"mode,it shows that the mode can deepen cooperation between enterprises and schools for a win-win situation,realize the comprehensive training of morality and skills,and provide case support and experience for vocational education reform.
