跨国“互联互通”动车组运维人才培养研究——以动车组运用与维护专业为例

Research on the Cultivation of Talents for the Operation and Maintenance of Transnational Interconnection MU

为了满足“中国高铁走出去”的行业和国家发展战略需求,结合“一带一路”沿线国家与我国的人员及货运的运输要求,以中老铁路动车组运用与维护为例,对动车组运维技能型人才岗位能力进行分析,对课程体系进行构建。提出了适合于跨国“互联互通”动车组运维技能型人才培养的新途径。

In order to meet the industrial and national development strategic needs of"China high-speed railway going global",the paper researches on the requirements for the personnel and freight transportation of countries along the"Belt and Road",analyzes the post capacity of skilled talents of MU operation and maintenance and constructs the curriculum system taking the operation and maintenance of MU of China-Laos Railway as an example.A new approach for training skilled personnel in operation and maintenance of transnational interconnected MU is proposed.
