高职辅导员校园安全防控工作机制构建

Construction of Working Mechanism of Campus Security Prevention and Control for Higher Vocational College Counselors

近年来,随着我国高职院校不断发展壮大,校园安全形势也变得日趋严峻。通过构建辅导员校园安全工作机制,从安全教育、安全预警、安全管理、心理疏导、危机应对、防控奖惩六个方面系统阐述校园安全工作机制内容及有效途径,以此来推动辅导员预防和应对危机事件的能力水平和工作效率,进而维护校园安全稳定,确保校园和谐发展。

In recent years,with the continuous development of higher vocational colleges in China,the campus security situation has become increasingly severe.In this paper,through the construction of campus security working mechanism,the content and effective ways of campus security working mechanism are systematically elaborated from six aspects of security education,security early warning,security management,psychological counseling,crisis response,and prevention and control rewards and punishments,so as to promote counselors'ability level and work efficiency in preventing and responding to crisis events,maintain campus security and stability,and ensure the harmonious development of campus.
