高校资产验收管理存在的问题与对策分析

Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures of Asset Acceptance Management in Colleges and Universities

资产验收作为固定资产管理与处置的重要环节,具有非常关键的地位。然而由于未能建立完善的管理机制、工作流程以及实操流程,导致部分高校在资产验收环节出现了一定的隐患,这对国有资产造成了较大的经济损失。此次研究尝试在分析这些问题的基础上来提出高校资产验收管理改革工作中的优化措施以及有效策略。

As an important part of fixed asset management and disposal,asset acceptance plays a very important role.However,due to the failure to establish the sound management mechanism,workflow and practical operation process,some colleges and universities have some hidden troubles in the asset acceptance process,which have caused great economic losses to the state-owned assets.This research proposes optimization measures and effective strategies in the reform of asset acceptance management based on the analysis of the above problems.
