摘要
水损害是沥青混合料路面的一种常见的路面早期损坏类型。要针对现行的三种用于检验混合料水稳定性的试验方法(浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验和浸水车辙试验)进行重新分析和比较,研究发现浸水马歇尔试验方法虽然操作简便,但对水损害的敏感性欠佳,冻融劈裂中试件空隙率的大小对试验结果有影响,浸水车辙试验能较为准确地反映同种岩性(碱性或酸性)不同石料之间在水敏感性方面的差异,可用来检验不同石料沥青混合料抗水损害能力。
Water damage is a common early damage type of asphalt mixture pavement.In this paper,three kinds of test methods(immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test and immersion rutting test)used to test the water stability of mixture are analyzed and compared.It is found that the immersion Marshall test method is easy to operate,but it is not sensitive to water damage.The porosity of the specimen in freeze-thaw splitting has an impact on the test results,and the immersion Marshall test method is more effective.Rutting test can accurately reflect the difference of water sensitivity between different stones of the same lithology(alkaline or acidic),and can be used to test the water damage resistance of asphalt mixture with different stones.
