桥梁支座施工质量通病治理技术研究

Research on Treatment Technology of Common Quality Defects in Bridge Bearing Construction

近年高速公路桥梁养护反馈情况来看,橡胶支座出现的问题较多,其中大部分后期使用中的病害都与施工不规范有关。通过对产生支座质量通病的原因分析,给出了橡胶支座施工工艺控制方法,通过事前预防、事中控制以及事后处理等环节,对支座施工加以规范。

According to the feedback of highway bridge maintenance in recent years,there are many problems with rubber bearings.Most of the diseases in later use are related to nonstandard construction.This paper analyzes the causes of common quality problems of bearings,and puts forward the control methods of construction technology of rubber bearings.The support construction should be standardized.
