摘要
沿海地区地铁车站的建设受地质条件和传统管理方法的制约,施工效率低下,且安全和质量问题频繁发生。以深圳地铁12#线福永站工程为例,在施工管理过程中引入BIM平台,整合施工各个阶段及各方面信息,提出一种基于BIM技术的沿海地区地铁车站施工管理方法。通过对施工安全、质量和进度三个方面进行管控,保障地铁施工的顺利进行。相关工程实践表明,该方法具有高效性,能够为其他类似工程提供参考。
The construction of subway stations in coastal areas is restricted by geological conditions and traditional management methods,the construction efficiency is low,and safety and quality problems occur frequently.Taking the construction of a subway station in a coastal area as the background,this paper introduces the BIM platform in the process of construction management,integrates the information of all stages and aspects of construction,and puts forward a construction management method of subway station in coastal area based on BIM technology.Through the management and control of construction safety,quality and progress,the smooth progress of subway construction can be ensured.The related engineering practice shows that this method is efficient and can provide reference for other similar projects.
