摘要
课程是实现教育方针政策的基本载体。教师作为课程执行的直接责任人,其执行水平和效果是反映课程场域中立德树人实现情况的重要指标。教师课程执行力的内涵可概括为“五度”,即教师执行课程的法度、教师执行课程的尺度、教师执行课程的刚度、教师执行课程的速度、教师执行课程的效度。教师课程执行力具有“知力”“能力”“行力”“效力”四大基本表征。教师课程执行力的发挥对正确认识课程、发展课程、以及实现课程育人等,都具有重要意义。
The curriculum is the basic carrier for realizing the educational principles and policies.As the direct responsible person for the execution of the curriculum,teachers’ execution level and effect of the curriculum are important indicators to reflect the realization of moral cultivation in the curriculum field.The connotations of teachers’ curriculum execution can be summarized in five indicators:the methods of teachers’ curriculum execution,the scale of teachers’ curriculum execution,the stiffness of teachers’ curriculum execution,the speed of teachers’ curriculum execution and the effectiveness of teachers’ curriculum execution.There are four basic representations of "knowledge", "ability", "working force" and " effectiveness" of the teachers’ curriculum execution.It is concluded that the practice of teacher’s curriculum execution is of great significance to correctly understand the curriculum,guide the teaching,and realize the cultivation of students through curriculum.
