乡村振兴背景下农村产业发展“内卷化”内涵、特征与去“内卷化”目标

Connotation,Characteristics of the Involution and De-involution Goals of Rural Industrial Development Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴视域下,发展农村产业发展是巩固拓展脱贫成果的重要手段,是产业扶贫向产业兴旺转型升级的有力抓手,更是实现脱贫攻坚向乡村振兴衔接的关键。为了进一步推动农村产业发展,通过研究农村产业发展“内卷化”的内涵及特征,积极探索乡村振兴背景下农村产业发展“内卷化”状况,提出了催生多种新型业态、推动农村产业持续发展;推进可持续发展、实现新的经济稳态;农业农村高质量发展、助力乡村振兴战略实施;提升农户内生动力、促进共同富裕的实现等农村产业去“内卷化”发展的目标。

From the perspective of rural revitalization,the rural industrial development is an important means to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,a powerful starting point for the transformation and upgrading of industrial poverty alleviation to industrial prosperity,and a key to realizing the convergence of poverty alleviation to rural revitalization.In order to further promote the development of rural industries,the connotation and characteristics of the involution of rural industrial development were studied,and the status of the involution of rural industrial development under the background of rural revitalization was actively explored.Then,the countermeasures were put forward including fostering a variety of new forms of business to promote the sustainable development of rural industries,promoting the sustainable development to achieve the new economic stability,promoting the high-quality development of agricultural and rural areas to help the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and improving the endogenous power of farmers to promote the realization of common prosperity,so as to achieve the goals of rural industrial de-involution development.
