摘要
全膝关节置换术(TKA)是治疗膝关节炎的有效方法。但TKA术后患者常存在关节疼痛、肿胀、活动受限、肌力下降等问题。康复治疗在改善TKA术后并发症以及促进肢体功能恢复有良好作用。该文为TKA术后康复治疗的研究进展作一综述。
Total knee arthroplasty(TKA)is an effective method for the treatment of knee arthritis.However,the patients often have problems such as joint pain,swelling,activity limitations,and decreased muscle strength after TKA.Rehabilitation therapy plays a good role in improving the complications of the patients after TKA and promoting the recovery of their limb function.This paper reviews the research progress in rehabilitation therapy of TKA.
