摘要
β受体阻滞剂具有重要的临床价值,最近十年,纳米电化学传感器广泛用于此类药物的检测,成果丰硕。围绕传感器检测效能提升,学界近年来在修饰材料(纳米颗粒表面功能化及无机氧化物纳米材料、分子印迹膜、有机纳米材料的使用)、基体电极(丝网印刷电极的应用)、制备工艺(有序组装技术的研究)、检测方法(电致化学发光技术和化学计量学的引入)等方面做了大量新的尝试,取得一定进展,未来需强化同分离技术联用以及修饰电极微型化、阵列化等两个方面的研究。
β Receptor blockers have important clinical value.In recent ten years,Nano electrochemical sensors have been widely used in the detection of such drugs with fruitful results.Focusing on the improvement of sensor detection efficiency,in recent years,the academic community has made a lot of attempts and achieved great progress in modifying materials(surface functionalization of nanoparticles and the use of inorganic oxide Nano materials,molecularly imprinted films and organic Nano materials),matrix electrodes(application of screen printed electrodes),preparation processes(research on orderly assembly technology),detection methods(the introduction of electrochemiluminescence technology and chemometrics).In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the following two aspects of research in combination with separation technology and the miniaturization and array of modified electrodes.
